RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Final Sale: All sales of artwork, including original paintings, commissioned pieces, Graphite, Acrylic or Oil artwork, are considered final. Due to the unique, handcrafted, and artistic nature of each creation, Deepti Bangia does not generally offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions: Any exception to this policy will be made solely at the discretion of Deepti Bangia and must be confirmed in writing. In cases where an artwork is physically damaged during transit (provided the shipment was insured by Deepti Bangia), an appropriate resolution may be offered. Variations in artistic style, creative interpretation, colors, textures, or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.
